One Year Studio Session | Willow Spring Studio Photography | First Year Photographer

James came to the studio to celebrate his first birthday! I love the simplicity of the white balloons & wooden cake. (Cake smashes are also allowed for studio one year old sessions, in case you were wondering). He really enjoyed knocking down the letters spelling out ONE. It took a minute for him to get comfy, but that is why I always recommend a 30 minute session for first year portraits. A new place, new person, flashing light… it can be a lot! But this is proof that you can get a great gallery of images even if it starts off rocky! Parents are welcome to be included in the images for a studio session.
