Sunflower Mini Sessions | Raleigh Sunflower Session | Dorothea Dix Park Sunflower Photography

What a summer of sunflowers! These blooms make me incredibly happy and you cannot help but smile when you see them. I was lucky enough to explore two locations this year for sunflower blooms. One was a private farm with an old farm truck that gave us some awesome variety of shots. I will definitely be returning to this location next year! Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh also has an amazing, expansive sunflower field. It is pretty popular with people from all over, so not the same private vibe as the other farm, but the sunflowers were huge! Both of these locations were great this year! You have to plan ahead with sunflower sessions though, because once they bloom, you really only have 2 weeks until they’re done for the season. Make sure you book your sunflower session next year before they sell out!
