{Raleigh Family Azalea Mini Sessions} :: Spring Mini Sessions in Raleigh, NC

Spring has sprung, and there is no flowering bush that screams North Carolina like azaleas! I love their vibrant color scheme of pinks, purples, whites, and yellows. These definitely have a different vibe than the dogwood spring mini sessions because you can’t help but let the color of the flowers steal the show. The WRAL Azalea Garden in Raleigh, N.C. has the most spectacular display of different varieties of azaleas, but also other flowering plants & trees. It is truly a beautiful sight. If you have never ventured to this part of Raleigh, right near N.C. State University (GO PACK), you should definitely make a little trip over there. There is plenty of open grass space which is perfect for a picnic or to just let the kids run around. When we were there for our sessions, someone was even doing a live painting of the tulips in front of the fountain. These will definitely be a repeat session that I offer next year. These sessions could definitely double as Mother’s Day sessions and I love that I was able to capture some sweet moments with my mommas and their babies. Take a look at some of these spring azalea mini sneak peeks from our recent session at the WRAL Azalea Garden in Raleigh, NC.
