Fuquay-Varina Spring Maternity Session :: Mineral Spring Park

One of the things that I love about Fuquay-Varina is the quaint little areas that are in the two downtowns that we have (yes, two downtowns.. Fuquay and Varina). The Mineral Spring Park has a rich history in the town. People would travel from miles around to wade & drink the spring water, believing it had healing qualities. The town has done a great job to make the park inviting to the people of the town, with walking paths & great foliage. It is rather small, so it is also good for littles or those with mobility issues. Parking is easy, and overall this is just a great spot to have a session. We did this session a little earlier than golden hour, because, let’s be honest, no one wants kids who are melting down during a session. I love the variety we were able to get… even with a toddler who really didn’t want anything to do with pictures. I can’t wait to meet their newest family member in a few short weeks!
