{IN HOME NEWBORN SESSION} Fuquay-Varina Newborn Photography :: Fort Bragg Newborn Photographer

Meet Madeline. She was two months old during her “newborn” session, and yes, that is still considered a newborn session. I know everyone says you should do newborn photos in the first few weeks, but let’s be honest. Those weeks are tough. You’re adjusting. You’re sleep deprived. You don’t feel like yourself. So, let’s wait. An at home lifestyle session a little later on can still capture all the newborn goodness, without the “straight outta the hospital” blur. Plus, older babies are more alert (which makes it a little more difficult to get them to sleep, but not impossible) AND they will give some good eye contact. Their baby acne is cleared up, and you’re on more of a schedule. Don’t be afraid to reach out and schedule a session, even if you think you’ve missed the newborn time window. I promise, you haven’t. I love their bright and airy nursery and light pink pops of color. Mom & Dad moved from Louisiana because Dad is stationed at Fort Bragg. They’re still adjusting to our North Carolina weather & pollen. Ha. Enjoy some of my favorite images from their newborn session.
