Fine art children’s portraits are a Southern tradition that spans generations. I am bringing a modern take on this style by offering these portraits with soft studio lighting in front of a neutral, painterly background. These portraits are hand edited and finished with a beautiful, true to life edit that captures your child’s innocence and grace. Choose from archival prints or custom framing.
What to expect
10-15 minutes in front of the camera
Takes place at my studio in Garner, NC
Best for children who can stand unassisted (12 months+)
Session fee is for one child - additional children can be added for an additional fee. Session fee does not include prints or digital images.
Post-session ordering session via Zoom to select images & products.
Painterly Portraits
The beauty of an oil painting with the use of modern technology, these portraits are truly a keepsake to be cherished. The process begins with a fine art children’s session in the studio and then you will choose your favorite image to be hand edited. The edited image is then delicately and each pixel is digitally painted. Once complete, the image is printed on fine art canvas and then finished with gel brushstrokes which not only add to the realism of the image but also protect it for years to come.
